Janine Esquivel

Janine Esquivel is the founder of Adiuvo Law Group, PC.  She was admitted to the California bar and Nevada bar following her graduation from UC Davis School of Law.  Her law school activities included the Trial Practice Honors Board, Moot Court, and editing the U.C. Davis Business Law Journal.  Currently, Ms. Esquivel is a member of the Central California Bankruptcy Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.  

Prior to starting her own practice, Ms. Esquivel worked in both the small and large law firm environments, including one of the largest bankruptcy law firms in the nation.  Ms. Esquivel has helped with the preparation of hundreds of bankruptcy filings on behalf of debtors. 

Ms. Esquivel is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the State of California and all the United States District Courts in California. Ms. Esquivel provides pro bono services to the Central California Legal Aid Services of Fresno, CA where she has been able to assist domestic violence victims.

Ms. Esquivel is fluent in Spanish. Her greatest pleasure is being able to help individuals get through the difficult times they are facing.  On her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
