Janine Esquivel Oji

      Janine Esquivel Oji is the founder of Adiuvo Law Group, PC and is a partner with Upright Law.  She was admitted to the California bar and Nevada bar following her graduation from UC Davis School of Law in 2006.  Her law school activities included the Trial Practice Honors Board, Moot Court, and editing the U.C. Davis Business Law Journal.  Currently, Mrs. Esquivel Oji is a member of the Central California Bankruptcy Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.   American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Fresno County Women Lawyers Association.  

      Mrs. Esquivel Oji is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the State of California and all the United States District Courts in California. Mrs. Esquivel Oji continuously provides pro bono services to the Central California Legal Aid Services of Fresno, CA where she has been able to assist domestic violence victims.

       Mrs. Esquivel Oji is fluent in Spanish. Her greatest pleasure is being able to help individuals get through the difficult times they are facing.  On her spare time, she enjoys traveling spending time with her husband, Oji, and daughters, Alyssa and Naomi.
